Well-being Week
" I'm inspired to do more. Find my happy place!"
This week we celebrated 'Wellbeing' week and had many activities for staff, parents and children around looking after their mental health.
We had Meditation, Massage and Yoga for staff and parents.Children attended workshops around wellbeing and mindfulness all week, creating gratitude jars and emotion jars with their teachers in class. We hope this week has given everyone an insight into ways in which we need to take care of our Mental Health.
