Dear Parents and Carers,
As we come to the end of the autumn term, I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on a term filled with learning, growth, and many accomplishments. It has been wonderful to see the enthusiasm and dedication of our pupils, staff, and families working together to make this term a success.
We have seen fantastic progress in the school, with children demonstrating resilience and ambition in their learning. Our continued focus on high-quality teaching is creating a strong foundation for their future success.
From educational visits and performances to our weekly assemblies and enrichment days, our pupils have had many opportunities to explore new skills, express their creativity, and broaden their horizons.
Thank you to all parents and carers who supported events such as the Winter Fair, parent workshops, and Learn with Your Child. Your involvement makes a huge difference and strengthens our school community.
We ended the term on a high note with our Year 5 Christmas performances—a huge well done to all the children who participated with such confidence and enthusiasm! Thank you to all who attended and supported these events, making them truly memorable.

Reception Classes Visit the Discover Centre
Our Reception classes had an unforgettable visit to the Discover Centre in Stratford this week! The children immersed themselves in the world of storytelling, exploring the imaginative spaces and listening to a captivating story read aloud. Following the story, they had the chance to bring their own ideas to life by creating unique characters. It was a fantastic experience that sparked creativity and joy, providing a perfect start to the term.
What’s Next?
In the coming weeks, we have a range of enriching activities and learning opportunities planned for all-year groups. From classroom projects to hands-on activities and community events, there will be plenty of chances for pupils to grow, explore, and showcase their talents.
We’re thrilled to continue this journey together and can’t wait to see all the progress, creativity, and accomplishments this term will bring.

Dear Parents and Carers,
What a week it has been! I’d like to start by congratulating our amazing Kensington children for their fantastic achievement in winning the orienteering challenge. Competing against five other schools, they really made us proud. Well done to everyone who took part!
Thursday brought a burst of colour and excitement as Year 1 celebrated Monster Day. The children looked fantastic dressed as characters from The Little Monsters Rule book by David Walliams, and it was a wonderful way to bring the story’s themes to life.
Year 3 also had an adventurous week with an educational trip around London via the Uber Boat. The children were thrilled to see some of the city's iconic landmarks, and the journey added a unique twist to their learning experience.
A big “Thank You” goes to our PTA for organising a superhero-themed disco for Years 1 to 6. The event was a hit, with the kids having a blast dancing, singing, and enjoying some delicious treats. The energy was high, and the smiles were endless. We’re grateful for all the hard work that went into making it such a fun time.
Thank you for your ongoing support, and I hope you all have a restful weekend!
Warm regards,
